This color cartoon, for the third medallion of the Viking Window at the Levere Memorial Temple Chapel, depicts the Althing at Thingvalla in 930 CE. In the Levere Memorial Temple Chapel, the Viking Window is Clerestory Window #2. Handwritten notes appear around the perimeter of the cartoon.
