Destruction of the U.S.S. Maine Tiffany Window Cartoon, c. July 23, 1930
This color cartoon, for the first medallion of the Spanish American War Window at the Levere Memorial Temple Chapel, depicts the destruction of the U.S.S. Maine in Havana Harbor on February 15, 1898. In the Levere Memorial Temple Chapel, the Spanish American War Window is Clerestory Window #9. Handwritten notes appear around the perimeter of the cartoon.
