Leadership School

The John O. Moseley Leadership School is designed to develop leadership skills in undergraduates for use at the chapter level and the world beyond. Leadership School has graduated over 25,000 members since it began in 1935. Its curriculum is designed to instill both personal and chapter leadership development through three key dimensions: (1) the practical art of administering the affairs of an effective chapter, (2) the principles of leadership, and (3) the Fraternity itself. The first Leadership School, held in 1935, was the first of its kind for a Greek letter organization. It was such a success that the fraternity decided to make the conference a yearly event and now many other fraternities and sororities have adopted the idea for member development.
