SAEs in World War I: A Fraternity Dedicated to Service
SAE kept meticulous records about its members' service records during the war. This letter from Bourke H. Bayless to Billy Levere lists the names of those he knows joined the service and where they served. Levere later compiled this and other information to publish SAE in the World War.
