SAEs in World War I: A Fraternity Dedicated to Service
"SAE activities of one sort or another took place at almost every point where two of Minerva's sons recognized each other," Levere was quoted as saying. The Fraternity also organized formal events, such as a War Dinner and Soiree. The menu from that gathering included the SAE insignia.
