Knox and Nippert Expand Plans

Just prior to his death in 1927, Levere selected fellow Illinois Psi-Omega Brother Arthur H. Knox to design the initial plans for the building. Brother Alfred K. Nippert then expanded on Levere’s initial plans and oversaw construction until the building’s completion, which took 18 months and cost $400,000.
